Stoytelling with nature
Ciaran Austin, an artist, writer, and producer, was selected for EarthSonic’s collaboration with Roland Global, receiving exclusive equipment to explore music through the lens of climate, place, and story. His work blends lo-fi hip-hop, spoken word, and ambient textures, drawing deeply from nature and social consciousness.
Together, we designed a shoot that honoured his sonic style: gentle, grounded, and atmospheric. Filming in a quiet woodland edge near Bristol, we worked with natural light and ambient sound to reflect his practice.
Portraits with purpose
The final assets included headshots and video footage for Ciaran to weave into his storytelling as a creator. The visuals now sit alongside his compositions on his social media, amplifying his message and supporting the release of his climate-conscious collaboration with EarthSonic and Roland.
